DMMMSU is Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University, the state university of La Union in the Philippines. It runs three main campuses — NLUC in Bacnotan, MLUC in the City of San Fernando, and SLUC in Agoo — and its student-facing systems, grouped under the DMMMSU portal name, handle online registration, enrollment and grade viewing for those campuses.
Online registration and enrollment
Enrollment runs through the university's online registration system, with the process announced per campus each semester. Qualified new students prepare their requirements first — the Free Higher Education form, a scanned PSA birth certificate, senior high school card and a 2x2 photo — and wait for the code number sent by their program chairperson by text, call or email, which works as their password for the registration system. The chairperson then loads subjects, and faculty handle enlistment and assessment for regular students.
How old students sign in
DMMMSU's SLUC enrollment guide gives the pattern returning students know: use your last name as your username and your ID number as your password on the registration system. Irregular students still visit their college during the scheduled enrollment dates to pick subjects in person. If your login fails, your program chairperson or campus registrar is the route — they control the enrollment records behind the account.
Grades online
Grade checking also moved online. Faculty at the SLUC College of Computer Science built a web and mobile grade viewer that reads the registrar's database, with account pages for students, parents and teachers, plus assessment and grade summary pages. Campus portal addresses differ — MLUC, for example, has run its own student portal site — so always enter through the official university website at www.dmmmsu.edu.ph or the exact link your campus announces.
One university, several doors
Because each campus manages its own students, portal links and schedules differ between NLUC, MLUC and SLUC. Treat any single "DMMMSU portal login" page found on a random site with suspicion; the safe path is the university's official site and your campus's official announcements.
Free Higher Education note
Most DMMMSU undergraduates study under the Free Higher Education programme, which is why the FHE form appears in the enrollment requirements for both new and returning students. Fill it in, print and scan it before the registration days, even if your subjects are loaded by your chairperson — an incomplete FHE form is one of the small paperwork problems that can stall an otherwise finished enrollment.
